How a session works
Four simple steps from booking to your files. We take care of everything in between.
Step 1
Choose the service, set, and date online. For multi-day shoots or special requests, send us a message.

Step 2
A free pre-production check-in before your session covers remote guests, screens, mics, and lighting color, so the room is set up for you.
Plan
Step 3
Come in up to 30 minutes early for coffee. Settle into the green room, freshen up in the dressing room, and walk onto a set that’s ready.
Arrive
Step 4
Your engineer runs cameras, audio, and lighting while you do what you are best at. When you’re done, your files are already on their way.

Make Yourself at Home
Everything you need to feel ready before the cameras roll.
Private Dressing Room
Shower, makeup station, wardrobe rack, and steamer, so you step on set looking your best.
Green Room
Your own space to plan, rewrite, or relax. A couch and chairs seat up to three colleagues or waiting guests, who can watch the session live on a 42" screen without being on set.
Coffee, Tea & Snacks
Complimentary, and served in mugs that look great on camera.
Free Parking
A rarity downtown. Your guests won’t have to circle the block.
What You Leave With
Everything you need to create an edit, or leave that to us.
A Live-Switched Show: Cut between cameras by your engineer as you record. Trim the start and end, and it’s ready to go.
Every Camera and Mic Track: Each recorded as its own file.
An Edit File: Opens in DaVinci Resolve, ready to fine-tune. Never a rebuild.
Clean Audio: Mixed live, so there’s nothing to fix.
Behind-the-Scenes Photos: Of you and your guests, ready for social.
Same-Day Delivery: Uploaded before the day is out. Optional 4K camera files are available within 24 hours.
Want to publish right away? With optional editing packages, we can trim the beginning and end and remove any mistakes, so your show is ready to fly immediately.

Up to four people can be on camera, depending on the set. You can also bring up to three more: one can sit in the studio, and the others watch live from the Green Room.

Free parking in our private lot, directly in front of the building on SW 1st Avenue.

Arrive up to 30 minutes early, or longer by arrangement. Your session starts at your booked time, not when the cameras roll.

Your live-switched show and every camera and microphone track are uploaded the same day. Optional 4K camera files are uploaded within 24 hours. If we’re editing for you, files are delivered when the edit is complete.

Both. Your show comes with the audio already mixed in, so there’s nothing to sync. You also get every microphone and camera as its own file for more detailed editing.
