Terms

Effective October 1st, 2026

These terms apply to every session booked with Studio.TwentyOneTwelve, a division of Digital One Corporation.

Session Time

Your session runs for the time you booked, starting at 10am, 1pm, or 3pm. You're welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes early for coffee and to get settled. Arriving late does not extend your session.

Overtime

Each session includes a 10-minute grace period. After that, overtime is billed at $50 per 15 minutes and invoiced after your session, if the stage is available.

Payment

Payment is due in full at booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Producer prep for Livestreams & Webinars and Remote Interviews is non-refundable once completed.

Delivery

Your live-switched show and every camera and microphone track are delivered by Dropbox link the same day. If you purchased 4K files, they are delivered within 24 hours.

File Retention

We keep a backup of your files for 7 days after your session at no charge. A 30-day archive is available for a fee and is included free with any editing package. After that, files are permanently deleted, so please download and back up your files promptly.

Content & Permissions

You own your recordings. You are responsible for your content, for getting permission from everyone who appears on camera, and for any music, video, logos, or other material you bring.

Liability

Digital One Corporation's liability for any session is limited to the amount paid for that session.
