Studio TwentyOneTwelve is a division of Digital One Corporation, located at 2112 SW 1st Ave, Ste 120, Portland, OR 97201. This policy explains what information we collect through twentyonetwelve.studio and how we use it.
What we collect
Contact form: your name, email address and message.
Bookings: your name, email, phone number, company and session details, collected through our scheduling provider, Acuity Scheduling.
Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Site usage: basic analytics and cookies through Squarespace, such as pages visited, browser type and general location.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and prepare for your session, send confirmations and invoices, deliver your files, and improve our website. We may email you about your booking. We don’t send marketing email without your permission.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run our business: Squarespace (website), Acuity Scheduling (booking), Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email and calendar) and Dropbox (file delivery). We do not sell or rent your information.
Session recordings
Recordings and files from your session are handled under our booking terms, including how long we keep them.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and booking information as long as needed to serve you and meet tax and accounting requirements, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
