Booking Terms & Session Policy

  • Our minimum booking is two hours. A session is more than recording time: it covers getting dressed, settled, and warmed up so the conversation can flow, the recording itself, and starting your file transfer before you leave. Two hours is the shortest block that fits all of that without feeling rushed.

  • We understand plans change.  If you need to cancel your booked session, we will fully refund with 48 hours notice, 50% with 24 hours notice, and no refund inside of 24 hours.

  • Full payment is required upon online booking. Overrun time beyond a 10-minute grace period is billed at $50 per 15-minute increment.

  • Starts at your booked reservation time and includes 20 minutes for wrap/file transfer (monitored via live studio countdown display).
